I have added a full, but tentative, itinerary for the 2023 Mind Aid Bike Ride

I have made a tentative list of the communities I'll be bicycling to each day this summer across Canada for mental health! You can find it on the ride webpage here: https://www.mindaid.ca/2023-bike-ride

This list might change somewhat as time goes on, but it will give people a better idea of where I'll be along the way.

If anybody has any suggestions as to things that could improve the itinerary, please let me know.

Some highways might not have a good shoulder, so I would like to check that on Google Maps Streetview to get a better idea. I might alter accordingly.
